RICHLAND, CAMBRIA COUNTY – Richland Township Police say a father, mother, and daughter are accused of embezzling money from a housing complex.  They say the suspects, Julianna Zamias, and her parents, Dennis and Julia Michaels used funds from the Skyview Homeowner Association to transfer money to different accounts, write personal checks, and have personal expenses paid.  The theft totals to over $80,0000.
