Another defendant pleaded guilty Monday in the sweeping federal investigation into fraud and corruption at Las Vegas Valley homeowners associations.

Arnold Myers, a straw buyer and former homeowners association board member, entered a guilty plea to one count of conspiracy to commit mail and wire fraud.  Read more:
